30 Months on the Exponential (in Charts)

Since early 2023, the AI landscape has rapidly evolved from a single dominant model, OpenAI's GPT-4, to over 180 models surpassing its capabilities, including many open-source and smartphone-compatible ones. The author used agentic AI, specifically Opus 5.5 in Claude Projects, to efficiently create detailed charts illustrating this exponential progress.
