Affle Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Ad Tech Company Perion

Affle 3iL Ltd. agreed to acquire Perion Network Ltd. for about $420 million in cash, paying a 34.5% premium on Perion's stock price. The deal will merge Perion as a wholly owned subsidiary, delisting it from Nasdaq and TASE, aiming to expand Affle's advertising reach globally.
