A Product.ai study tested ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity on 220 online shopping queries and found these AI assistants often gave inaccurate or conflicting answers about prices and product details. The results indicate current AI models are not yet reliable for fully managing holiday shopping tasks.
