All 38 men who have been named People's Sexiest Man Alive

People magazine named Noah Wyle the Sexiest Man Alive for 2026, continuing a tradition since 1985 that has honored 38 men, mostly white actors, with the title. The list includes a few musicians, an athlete, and a Kennedy, with only five men of color recognized.
