All 6,000 urgent inquiries from last year’s Putin Q&A session resolved — Sberbank CEO

Sberbank's AI system identified and resolved all 6,000 urgent inquiries from Russian citizens ahead of the 2025 Direct Line with Vladimir Putin event, processing messages in about three seconds each. This AI triage improved response speed compared to previous years, when only half of inquiries were reviewed before the broadcast.
