AMD's Helios rack integrates 72 MI455X GPUs with 31TB of HBM4 memory, delivering 2.9 exaflops of FP4 inference compute. It supports open-standard interconnects and targets mass production in Q2 2027 as a competitor to Nvidia's NVL72.
