Anthropic and OpenAI are seeking smaller AI data center deals of 20-30 MW in regions including the U.K., Nordics, and U.S. to deploy AI workloads faster amid growing demand. Both have existing large-scale commitments but now pursue diversified, smaller capacity agreements for flexibility and speed.
