Anthropic is working on a system to prove AI models’ identity

Anthropic announced FlashProve, an open-source system that cryptographically verifies which AI model generated a specific output, ensuring authenticity without revealing model weights. The system aims to prevent impersonation of AI models and verify claims about model usage, with code and specs released for public collaboration.
