Anthropic signs CrowdStrike, Hitachi and 9 more to defend power and water

Anthropic has launched the Critical Infrastructure Defense Program, providing its Claude AI models and expertise to 11 partners including CrowdStrike and Hitachi to help secure power grids, water utilities, and transport networks. The program focuses on operational technology that is difficult to patch and includes a free OSS Scanner service that automatically scans open-source code for vulnerabilities.
