Apple Is Coming for the People Building OpenAI’s Future

Apple has escalated its lawsuit against OpenAI by sending legal letters to about 40 former Apple employees now at OpenAI, demanding preservation of documents and meetings with lawyers. The suit accuses OpenAI's hardware chief and others of stealing trade secrets related to Apple's manufacturing and unreleased products, threatening OpenAI's hardware ambitions.
