AutoStore Moves Into Pallet Robotics With Agreement to Buy Logiqs

AutoStore agreed to acquire Logiqs BV, a Dutch developer of roaming pallet automated storage and retrieval systems, for up to €30 million. The acquisition will expand AutoStore's fulfillment platform with pallet-handling automation, aiming to build an autonomous, intelligent fulfillment system.
