AWS open-sources Pizza Bot: email-style inbox for background AI agents

Amazon Web Services has open-sourced Pizza Bot, a desktop and web app that provides an email-style inbox for managing autonomous AI agents running background tasks. Pizza Bot surfaces completed work and pending decisions as inbox threads, allowing users to review updates without continuous monitoring. The project supports multiple AI models and is self-hosted, operating independently from AWS services.
