Axiom Math wants to keep AI slop out of mathematics

AxiomMath has formally verified the Stacks Project, a vast and foundational mathematical library, by translating its 7,654 pages into 16 million lines of computer-checked code using the Lean programming language. This effort aims to create a verified mathematical foundation to ensure AI agents can reliably write software and conduct scientific research without errors.
