Baseball: Lions to post Taira as right-hander seeks MLB move

Seibu Lions have posted right-handed pitcher Kaima Taira for MLB transfer this offseason. Taira led the Pacific League with a 1.36 ERA in 2026 and can negotiate with MLB teams starting November 1. The posting deadline may move to December 1 if MLB's labor agreement expires without renewal.
