Biz sentiment rises to over 4-yr high in Oct. on improved outlook: BOK

South Korea's business sentiment index rose to 104.2 in October, the highest in over four years, driven by strong manufacturing confidence and improved nonmanufacturing outlook, according to the Bank of Korea. Manufacturing sentiment reached 105.6, boosted by sectors like semiconductors and automobiles, while the economic sentiment index also improved slightly.
