France's Bull and Germany's Schwarz Digits have agreed to collaborate on building a European AI and cloud infrastructure stack, spanning hardware to software, to support regulated sectors with data sovereignty. Bull will provide AI and HPC expertise and manufacturing, while Schwarz Digits will contribute its STACKIT cloud platform. The partnership aims to foster European digital sovereignty and innovation.
