Call of Duty publisher apologizes for using real footage of Itaewon crowd crush

Activision apologized for including real footage of the 2022 Itaewon crowd crush in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and will remove it in a November 12 update. The footage depicted a paramedic performing CPR during a fictional war scenario.
