Carrick Capital Closes $600M Continuation Vehicle, Commits $255M to Saviynt

Carrick Capital Partners closed a $600M continuation vehicle for identity security firm Saviynt, including a $255M new investment, its largest ever. The deal offered existing investors an 11x gross return option and extended Carrick's partnership with Saviynt.
