Custom metrics are now supported in Vercel Observability

Vercel now allows developers to emit custom metrics from Vercel Functions using the metric() function, enabling analysis alongside built-in observability data. These metrics can be queried and visualized across Vercel's Observability platform and are available on Pro and Enterprise plans with Observability Plus.
