Dayforce puts its HR and payroll data inside Anthropic’s Claude

Dayforce has integrated its HR, payroll, and scheduling data with Anthropic's Claude via a new connector, enabling users to query and manage workforce tasks in natural language. The connector, built on Model Context Protocol, is in beta with full release planned for 2027. Dayforce also introduced an AI-powered platform and app-building tools to automate HR workflows and integrate with Microsoft products.
