Death to long-lived static credentials

Vercel is advancing the adoption of OpenID Connect (OIDC) to replace insecure long-lived static credentials like API keys in machine-to-machine authentication. By integrating OIDC support and enforcing new authentication requirements for its Marketplace providers, Vercel aims to make fast, secure authentication the default and reduce risks from credential leaks and key rotations.
