Moonshot AI is planning a Hong Kong IPO potentially raising up to $5 billion, with Bank of America and other major banks involved, despite US export controls targeting chips rather than capital. This move follows earlier Hong Kong listings by Chinese AI firms Zhipu and MiniMax earlier this year.
