Finnish president says he, Norwegian PM called Putin at Kiev’s request

Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian PM Jonas Gahr Store called Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 27 at Ukraine's request to open a communication channel amid the Ukraine crisis. The call included EU awareness and welcomed resumption of trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi.
