Fourthline and Veridas have merged to form a European leader in identity verification and fraud prevention, serving over 50 countries and targeting 200 million verifications in 2026. The merger includes up to €65 million in funding to support product development, acquisitions, and debt refinancing, with combined revenue expected to exceed €50 million in 2026.
