French presidential candidate labels Ukraine ‘dictatorship’ after extension of martial law

Florian Philippot, leader of France's The Patriots party, criticized Ukraine as a dictatorship after its parliament extended martial law, urging an immediate halt to all aid and arms to Ukraine. Martial law has been in place since February 2022, suspending elections, including after President Zelensky's term expired in May 2024.
