German prosecutors reject motion to dismiss case on Nord Stream pipeline sabotage

German prosecutors denied a defense motion to dismiss the case against Ukrainian Sergey Kuznetsov, accused of sabotaging the Nord Stream gas pipelines. The trial began in Hamburg, with charges including war crimes and pipeline destruction. Kuznetsov was detained in Italy in 2022 and extradited to Germany.
