Gov't launches drone strategy team to boost industry competitiveness, cope with drone threats

South Korea has established a government drone strategy team led by the minister for government policy coordination to enhance the domestic drone industry's competitiveness and address drone-related threats. The team will implement a national strategy aiming to generate $1.3 billion in public sector drone demand over five years and support local manufacturers through standardization and financial incentives.
