Hamburg’s MuRay raises €7.1M for muon imaging of rocket engines

Hamburg startup MuRay raised €7.1M to develop muon imaging technology that penetrates dense metals like rocket engines and turbines, enabling faster, detailed 3D scans with less radiation. It plans industrial service launch in 2027 and full-scale system by 2029.
