Healthleap, a South African startup, raised $38M to expand its AI platform that analyzes hospital patient records, including clinical notes, to flag those at risk of undiagnosed conditions like malnutrition and delirium. The platform is deployed in over 50 hospitals and integrates with electronic health records to support clinical review without diagnosing.
