Researchers developed specialized large language models (LLMs) trained on aging biology data to accelerate longevity research, outperforming general LLMs in many aging-related tasks. They also created 17 benchmark tasks and an AI agent interface to aid analysis, addressing the challenge of defining aging for AI. This work aims to improve understanding and measurement of biological age, distinct from chronological age, using molecular and physiological data.
