IBSF rules to keep Russia’s int’l ban in doubles and four-seat bobsleigh events

The International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) has indefinitely suspended Russian athletes from doubles and four-seat bobsleigh events while allowing skeleton and monobob competitors to participate under a neutral status without testing. The Russian Bobsleigh Federation plans to contest the ban on doubles and fours with the Russian Olympic Committee.
