India’s richest man now wants to turn aging computers into AI-ready PCs

Reliance Jio has expanded its JioPC cloud service to all internet users in India, enabling older computers to access AI capabilities without hardware upgrades by streaming virtual PCs from the cloud. The service offers various plans with up to 8 virtual CPUs, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage, aiming to extend PC lifecycles amid longer replacement intervals.
