Intel has launched a $15 billion stock offering, potentially rising to $20 billion, to fund its foundry business expansion aiming to compete with TSMC. The funds will support new manufacturing facilities and advanced packaging to meet surging AI chip demand and develop its 14A process by 2028, with Tesla confirmed as a customer and potential Apple partnership.
