Introducing Vercel CI

Vercel has launched Vercel CI in beta, a continuous integration system that runs only the tasks affected by code changes, significantly speeding up CI times by 2-6x. It integrates with Turborepo to optimize task execution and uses Vercel's Hive compute layer to allocate resources efficiently.
