KuCoin crypto exchange halts services for Russian, Belarusian users

KuCoin has stopped offering its cryptocurrency trading services to users in Russia and Belarus immediately, citing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The exchange will allow affected users to close positions and withdraw assets during an orderly termination process.
