Leash Bio has developed a method to extract clean, reproducible data from DNA Encoded Libraries (DELs) for large-scale modeling of protein-small molecule interactions. They have also created Minos, an AI playground for agents to perform verifiable scientific reasoning using extensive lab-in-the-loop simulations. The team recently released a preprint, blog, and open dataset detailing these advances.
