Lavrov sees no real shifts in Russia-US relations

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that there have been no significant changes in Russia-US relations and warned against unrealistic expectations regarding the Russia-US diesel deal. His remarks came after the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Atlanta.
