(LEAD) Hyundai Mobis Q3 net fall 35.7 pct on lower FX gains

Hyundai Mobis reported a 35.7% drop in Q3 net profit to 598.4 billion won due to lower foreign exchange and equity gains, despite a 17.2% rise in operating profit driven by EV component demand. The company plans to enter the humanoid robot components market, producing actuators for Boston Dynamics' Atlas robot and expanding its robotics team, with commercial supplies expected by 2028.
