Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova stated that the humanitarian mission to Alyoshki in Ukraine's Kherson Region on October 30 followed months of complex negotiations. The mission aimed to deliver aid and safely evacuate those wishing to leave the combat zone.
