Mizuho to train sales, office staff as AI engineers in 3 months

Mizuho Financial Group will launch a three-month AI engineer training program for sales and administrative staff to accelerate tailored business system development. The pilot showed success with non-technical employees meeting engineering standards in six months. The program aims to train 100 employees soon amid rising AI adoption in finance and talent competition.
