Multimodal open d1 decision models for the edge

The d1 decision model family released two open models: d1-3B, a fast multimodal model supporting text and images, and d1-omni-600M, an experimental multimodal model supporting text, images, and audio. d1-3B outperforms larger models on the Decision Index 0.2.1 benchmark and runs efficiently on NVIDIA edge devices.
