NATO reconnaissance aircraft spends over seven hours over Black Sea

A US-registered NATO Bombardier ARTEMIS II reconnaissance aircraft flew over the Black Sea for more than seven hours, conducting surveillance near the Romanian-Ukrainian border before returning to its base in Romania.
