Nscale, a UK AI data center startup, has added former OpenAI executive Fidji Simo to its board ahead of a planned IPO this fall. Simo brings experience from OpenAI, Meta, and Instacart, where she led an IPO. Nscale aims to raise up to $3.5 billion in its upcoming public offering.
