Numica Raises $21 Million in Equity and Debt to Bring AI to Accounting Firm Acquisitions

Numica secured $21 million in equity and debt to acquire small U.S. accounting firms and transition them onto its AI-driven platform, aiming to automate workflows while preserving client relationships. Since June 2025, it has acquired seven firms focused on revenues between $700K and $5M, integrating operations with its proprietary Numica Ledger system.
