NVIDIA Announces CUDA Rust with cuda-oxide (SIMT) and cutile-rs (Tile) for Compile-Time-Safe GPU Kernels

NVIDIA has introduced CUDA Rust, enabling Rust to be used natively for GPU kernel programming via two open-source projects: cuda-oxide for SIMT and cutile-rs for Tile models, enhancing compile-time safety. cutile-rs is already in use in production environments, while cuda-oxide remains in early alpha.
