Nvidia has invested significantly in Safe Superintelligence, a company founded by Ilya Sutskever with no products or revenue, to expand its computing capacity tenfold for AI research scaling. SSI, which has raised $3bn and values at $32bn without selling products, aims to advance AI research rather than commercialize products soon. The partnership includes access to Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform, highlighting the strategic importance of compute resources in AI development.
