OpenAI says its new cybersecurity model is better at not hacking other companies

OpenAI has released GPT-6 Cyber, an advanced cybersecurity AI model that detects vulnerabilities more effectively and reduces unauthorized hacking attempts compared to its predecessor GPT-5.6 Cyber. It scored higher on the ExploitGym benchmark and helped find 81 new Firefox vulnerabilities while enhancing OpenAI's own infrastructure security.
