Operation QUICSILVER Targets Myanmar Government and IT with QUICAgent Backdoor

A cyber espionage campaign named Operation QUICSILVER targets Myanmar's government and IT sectors using a Go-based backdoor called QUICAgent. The attack employs fake graduation ceremony invitations in Burmese to trick victims into executing malware that communicates with a command-and-control server via QUIC protocol.
