Oracle will offer Google's TPU 8 chips in its cloud starting in 2027, becoming the first non-Google hyperscale cloud to do so. It will also integrate OpenAI's ChatGPT and Codex into its business software, alongside new hardware from Nvidia, Intel, AMD, SambaNova, and Positron.
