Over 9,000 civilians killed in Ukrainian aggression in Donbass — Russian investigators

Russia's Investigative Committee reports that over 9,000 civilians, including 279 children, have died due to Ukrainian military actions in Donbass, with more than 29,000 injured and 11,500 criminal cases opened.
